The Future of the Workplace

Mark Landini and Richard Watson, Futurist-in-Residence at the Entrepreneurship Centre at the Judge Business School at Cambridge, reflect on great predictions of the past and whether they were posturing or preamble; covid’s acceleration of digital; the likely consequences of the new “work from home” reality on cities and, more importantly, on society’s mental health and general well-being.

Richard Watson in an internationally renowned Futurist who’s authored five books about various aspects of the future, including Digital Vs. Human published in 2017. Richard is currently Futurist-in-Residence at the Entrepreneurship Centre at the Judge Business School, Cambridge. He is also a visiting lecturer at Imperial College Business School and London Business School. He’s the founder of nowandnext.com, co-founder of Thinking Allowed, and one of the people behind Sci-Fi nights at the Royal College of Art.
